For the last couple of months, releases were basically frozen.

Not because we stopped building, but because Advanced Stats forced an architecture change under the hood.

Then we hit a stubborn Scan Box issue that showed up mainly on older and entry-level Android devices.

We tried patching it.

Failed →

Tried again →

Same result (·•᷄‎ࡇ•᷅ )

That ping-pong went on for weeks 😵‍💫

So we rebuilt one core block of the trainer... and still couldn't get consistent behavior across the full Android device range.

The Dilemma

Here's the thing about Android: the market is fragmented.

Hundreds of different devices, different specs, different behaviors.

Supporting them all is expensive.

Many developers just… don't.

So we faced a choice:

  1. Rebuild Scan Box from scratch, or

  2. Drop Android support entirely and move faster.

Not an easy call.

You're already "shipping" features in your head... and reality forces you back into infrastructure mode.

I've been here before.

Early-stage products always need refactoring.

Sometimes complete rebuilds.

This isn't my first rodeo.

But it's really disappointing.

Even though VEREVIO is subscription-based, I've always tried to keep supporting a free tier as wide as possible.

So we chose the harder path: Scan Box is being rebuilt from scratch.

What Changed

  1. Improved state management.

  2. Rebuilt data management logic.

  3. Optimized the caching layer.

  4. Added automatic performance presets for 3 device tiers (low / mid / high).

  5. And many, many other minor changes.

There's still room to improve. But now we have real control over optimization.

If something feels off on your device, hit reply and let me know. Even a few words helps.

Advanced Stats (shipped)

After a lot of calculation → recalculation → fixes → testing (and then more testing), we've rolled out a new stats system across all Scan Box levels.

Now you can track your progress with real precision.

  1. Accuracy — how often you hit the target.

  2. Hit/Miss Ratio — hits per miss.

  3. Chance Expectation — how far you are above chance.

  4. Random Probability — how unlikely your result is by pure guessing.

Quick explainer (with formulas if you're into that):

1. Accuracy

  • In single-choice trainers, Accuracy = Hit Rate (a.k.a. Recall).

  • Anything above chance (in the long run) is good:

    • 2 responses → > 50%

    • 3 responses → > 33.33%

Formula: Accuracy = TP / (TP + FN), where
TP = True Positives (Hits)
FN = False Negatives (correct responses, not selected)

2. Hit/Miss Ratio

  • Hits per Miss.

  • Shows how many Hits you score for every Miss.

  • Above chance is good:

    • 2 responses → above 1.00

    • 3 responses → above 0.50

Formula: Hit/Miss = TP / FP, where
TP = True Positives (Hits)
FP = False Positives (wrong picks)

3. Chance Expectation

  • This is your Z-score in statistical terms.

  • It measures how far your results are from random chance.

  • With enough trials, anything above 0 is good.

  • Higher = stronger signal.

  • Important: This metric is cumulative. It's calculated from all your historical data.

Formula: z = (Accuracy − ExpAccuracy) / SE, where
ExpAccuracy is chance level
SE is Standard Error.

4. Random Probability

  • In statistics this is p-value.

  • How unlikely your result is if you were guessing.

  • With enough trials, below 5% is a strong result.

  • Below 1% is very strong.

  • Important: This metric is also cumulative. It's calculated from all your historical data.

Formula: p = 1 − BINOM.DIST(TP − 1, TP + FN, ExpAccuracy, TRUE), where
BINOM.DIST is the binomial probability distribution function in Excel.

Important Note

Your previous Scan Box stats were merged into one baseline average.

We did this because the new system stores more detailed data, and we needed a clean starting point.

From here on, your stats will build with the new logic.

What's Next

We'll gradually roll Advanced Stats out trainer by trainer.

Next up: Remote Viewing Location (shipped), Tetrad Postcognition, Precognition.

Then: Pentads, Mind Reader and First Impression.

Remote Viewing Nexus will get updated stats too — but we're cooking up something special there. More on that soon.

Meanwhile, keep practicing — our world has a lot in store for us.

And now more than ever, we need a more complete perception of reality.

Track your progress like a PRO. Thanks for your support.
